Product Feature:

The operating mode of machine tool is that the lathe bed fixation, moveble gantry. A total of 2 numerical control shaft, gantry positioning axis (X); drill power head lateral positioning axis (Y).  Each numerical control shaft is directed by precision linear rolling guide, AC servo motor + ball screw drive, high precision.

12 hydraulic clamp clamping automatically to make workpiece fixed. And assisted by T slot splint group to fix artifacts, high rigidity.

Adopts hydraulic control structure of power head, automatically by the electromechanical liquid, realizing fast forward, normal speed, quick reverse of automatic conversion, high efficiency.

Imported PLC control system, patent technology of upper machine handler, can automatically identify and convert the CAD drawing process, can preview the processing results

Automatic lubrication, automatic chip removal, without foundation installation.
