Product Usage:


This machine uses high-speed steel twist drill for external drilling.

Mainly used for flange, heat exchanger, tube sheet processing, processing NC, high efficiency, high precision, easy to programm, and simple operation.

Mainly composed by vertical slide, gantry and horizontal slide, vertical ram pillow drill head, chip conveyor, hydraulic system, cooling system, centralized lubrication system, electrical system, pneumatic system and other parts.

Drilling power box is researched and developed by our own company, especially for large hole drilling, efficiency, high precision. The spindle is driven by high-power special frequency motor through the timing belt, spindle speed 30-560r/min with wide range of speed.

The machine can be operated by electronic handwheel. When drilling the first hole according to the set feed position, the remaining holes could realize fast forward ? normal speed?fast backword. Thus the production efficiency greatly improved to save a lot of processing time. And also has automatic chip breaking, chip removal, suspension, broken drill protection, manual hole for the jump function.

Adopt Spanish FAGOR8055 or Germany SIEMENS 808D system, equipped with RS232 interface and LCD screen, managed by host computer, it can fulfill CAD/CAM directly transfer, facilitate the programming, storage and display and communication. Operator interface with man-machine dialogue, error compensation, automatic alarm and other functions. The work piece hole can be used keyboard or CAD graphics automatically generated after the importation of processing procedures. It provides re-inspection holes before drilling, easy to operate.

The machine optimize design after through finite element analysis the computer, it improves the rigidity of the machine so that the machine can be both drilling and milling and rigid tapping processing.

Ball screw pair, linear guide pair, electrical components, servo motor and etc. all is domestic and international famous product, less errors.
